Qualifications:
- General experience using Photoshop.
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Javascript.
- Knowledge of PHP
- Knowledge of WordPress
- Must be able to travel to the office location in downtown Barberton.
Part-Time Support Agent
We are looking for someone that can handle support tickets for our digital products. This includes prescreening support tickets, handling product license issues, issuing refund, and customer retention.
Compensation is hourly and based on ability to handle technical questions.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work from home using own computer and internet service.
- Must be a people person with good communication skills.
