Over the past 2 years, our goal as a Barberton small business has been to increase the use of technology within the city limits. We have launched the Our Barberton Project, a Mobile Application specific to the City of Barberton, Launched Barberton Beacons, and are soon to launch Barberton Rewards.
The great thing about the programs we create is that all of them cost the City of Barberton ZERO dollars.
Now we enter Barberton Rewards. The purpose of Barberton Rewards is to offer businesses with the city limits a customer loyalty program that is designed with Barberton and it’s customers in mind.
Yes, there is plenty of these so called loyalty programs but they cost business a lot of money, offer boring incentives and hold business ransom if a business wants to use any information collected.
The Barberton Rewards program will throw a wrench at the status quo. The service will be FREE to use as a business and a customer. It will offer customers rewards, notifications and direct access to data for business owners.
The program is expected to be in Beta phase, spring of next year and will be exclusive to Barberton.
